Today is the day that my vinyl will be available for pre-order. I really can’t even believe this is a reality. Most people may not understand all the work that went into presenting this project, and that is okay, however I need everyone to know that this is indeed a great accomplishment for myself. Once I started working on the EP, Trouble, many months ago, I was trying to figure out how I needed to tell this part of my story. I had to make the decision to figure out where I wanted to bring my listeners to and how raw I wanted to tell it to them. Even if we back it up, what am I even doing? How do I curate, how do I promote, how do I keep people engaged? I had to do a lot of praying and brainstorming. Ultimately I understood the assignment and I also realized how important it was to take everything in stride, do some research and make it happen.
So what do you do once you feel your art is curated and presented the best way that you can? You bring it to them in different mediums of course, via merchandise, garments, and the vintage feel of vinyl. AND, everyone was demanding vinyl even more so than garments, so let me feed that request first.
